-Find a Yoga instructor
-Do not push yourself to do anything dangerous or wrong for you
-Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or have any medical issues
-BREATHE! Yoga is about being centered in a healthy harmony between the mind and body.
-Do not compare yourself , look inward to your own progress
-Be aware of the space around you
-Leave space for other participants and remember that the sharing of space is highly respected etiquette in the practice of yoga
