Updated: Feb 29, 2020
When we think about empowering women, what immediately comes to mind is inspiring, encouraging, supporting, motivating, and mentoring females. There is also an essence of kindness and compassion. Monique Rodriguez, Founder, CEO, and Creator of Mielle Organics, exemplifies all of these qualities and characteristics. For many years, she was a registered nurse. Her background in science and focus on women's health inspired her to share her regimen of healthy hair. She launched Mielle Organics in 2014 with only one product, Mint Almond Oil, designed for scalp sensation and root stimulation.
Monique started in her garage, and now Mielle Organics has certainly taken the hair care industry by storm. The brand has expanded from one product to over eight collections for adults, hair care for kids, vitamins, and skincare globally. She created a multi-million dollar business in just four years!
The Mielle Founder and CEO is passionate about inspiring women in business and entrepreneurship. She has even offered a free Business Webinar, which provides informative information and tips on becoming a successful entrepreneur. Monique also has a 6-Week 1 on 1 Mentoring Program where she will help you grow your business. You will also experience an increase in your social media following, and sales and revenue while being a successful, trustworthy brand. Additionally, she has a free Podcast called the "The Secret Sauce" where she discusses real-life business experiences, the journey through entrepreneurship, and so much more. The Podcast airs weekly, and it motivates and empowers Women. Monique once stated " My legacy is not to just build this successful brand, but I want people to remember me for the people I helped bring up with me along the way. I want people to remember that I served others. This platform that God has blessed me with, it's not for me to be stingy and keep it to myself. It's not about me. I have to give back." She embodies empowerment.
