Some of us are still holding on to the last minuscule piece of summer we have left. So the Weekend may be a blur from partying, enjoying cocktails, etc. Others are simply trying to readjust life after summer. Well Monday starts a new week lets move forward! This week we will focus on putting it all behind us literally, as we build booties in the gym and eat healthy. 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Cup Cold Brewed Coffee (unsweetened)
1 Frozen Banana
2 Scoop of Protein Powder Chocolate or Vanilla
