Mondays are usually the day we spring back into action after overindulging, and skipping workouts. Lets take the pressure off to be perfect on Monday, Lets ease our way into burning calories effortlessly yet efficiently.
Today we will introduce you to working out in small burst. Research has shown that alternating burst of energy, just small ones, with brief resting periods can not only burn calories but it can also build endurance. This is a good way to get started and build up to more serious exercises. Set your equipment for interval training, in this mode, it increases the difficulty for short periods then returns to normal. This method can be applied to many different exercises including sprinting as fast as you can for 20 seconds then walking or resting until your breathing returns to normal then repeat for 20 minutes per day.
