Monday Motivation: Smoothie & Focus

Its Mid February and its GO time! Waking up early on Monday and starting the day is not easy for some of us who would rather sleep in. However in order to reach our goals Yes Goals those things we were all so ready to conquer January 1st 2020 we must rise early get some breakfast and push on. With all the many distractions we face throughout the day having an energizing morning routine is so important. Today we are gonna give you some Morning Motivation. Lets start with a healthy energizing breakfast. The Oatmeal Mango Smoothie will get you off to a great start.


1 mango

1/4 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup vanilla milk

1/4 cup orange juice

1 scoop vanilla whey protein

1 teaspoon ground flax seed

Add ice mix contents in blender
