Monday Motivation: Smoothie & Focus

Its Mid March and its GO time! Waking up early on Monday and starting the day is not easy for some of us who would rather sleep in. However in order to reach our goals Yes Goals those things we were all so ready to conquer January 1st 2021 we must rise early, eat a healthy breakfast, followed by a balanced lunch, and push on. With all the many distractions we face throughout the day having an energizing morning routine is so important. Today we are gonna give you some Mid-Day Motivation. Lets start with a healthy energizing smoothie. The Oatmeal Mango Smoothie will get you off to a great start.


Ingredients

1 mango

1/4 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup vanilla milk

1/4 cup orange juice

1 scoop vanilla whey protein

1 teaspoon ground flax seed

Add ice mix contents in blender
