Monday Motivation: Healthy Lunch and Weight Training

Monday kicks off the work week and we are getting you ready with a lil Kung Pao Shrimp and weight lifting. Healthy eating is essential to looking and feeling your best. No one wants to hear this but you can not out work a bad diet. With that being said we also do not want to eat food that does not taste good. Below you will find the ingredients to this easy quick recipe.


  • 3/4 lbs shrimp

  • 1/2 cup zucchini (cubed)

  • 1/3 cup red bell peppers (sliced)

  • 1/3 cup canned water chestnuts

  • 1/3 cup peanuts
