Another week of social distance and when boredom strikes we are likely to prepare food as a way to occupy time. Like so many of us you may be running out healthy food ideas and honestly salads are looking less and less appetizing. For our seafood lovers this easy to make dish is for you.

  • let it marinade 8-10 minutes

  • steam broccoli and cook rice while the shrimp marinate
