These times of uncertainty may have some of you over indulging , and emotional eating is a real thing. Comfort food is a go to for so many of us However in excessive consumption can cause our bodies to feel an energy decrease , sluggish, fatigue, and belly bloat. If you have been experiencing any of these symptoms it may be time to detox your body.



What Does it mean to detox ? Detoxification means cleansing the blood. This is done by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymphatic system, and skin.

  • 1 Gallon of Spring Water

  • 1 sliced lemon

  • 1 sliced lime

  • 1 Sliced cucumber

  • mint leaves (as desired)

  • Teaspoon Grated Ginger

  • infuse overnight and drink


This detox drink will keep you hydrated, flush out toxins, bring a natural glow to your skin, improve digestion, anti-aging, boost metabolism, and enhance weight loss.
