Monday Motivation: 3 Healthy Snacks while quarantined

Another week at home during quarantine and it’s impossible not to have a snack or 3. Activities like reading , watching tv , etc all seem more interesting with a snack on the side. However who really wants to come out this quarantine with 20 unwanted pounds. So let’s balance this shall we , let’s have great tasting snacks that will be a friend to our waistlines.

1. First Up is our Graham Crackers Banana Cake . Simple fast and easy .


  • Cinnamon Graham Crackers

  • Fresh Bananas

  • Nutella

  • Peanut butter (optional)

spread, stack, and enjoy !

2. Graham Cracker Cheesecake Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Graham Crackers

  • Honey

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Ricotta Cheese

Mix and spread over graham crackers add fresh sliced strawberries on top.

Graham Cracker Ice Cream Sandwich


  • Cinnamon Graham Cracker

  • Lowfat Ice Cream try cookie dough or cookies and cream

Spread ice cream over Graham crackers stack and enjoy !

These easy to make snacks will be great tasting and will keep you from over indulging during quarantine. Remember to exercise for at least 20-30 minutes Using your living room as your gym for now.
