Monday Motivation: 2020 Reloaded

It’s a new year and the beginning of a new decade . Most of us have a goal to live healthier lifestyles, get in shape and lose those extra pounds that we found around the holidays. With that being said the month of January also known as dry January can seem like a drag full of bland food because of all the restrictions we place on ourselves after over indulging during the holiday months. We encourage balance foods and beverages that taste well and are rich in nutritional value. There is no reason to feel deprived or punish yourself. Nourish your body and treat it well by consuming nutritious great tasting food. To get your day going we are proposing some chocolate Yes ! Chocolate. Want the recipe? Ingredients


  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein

  • 1 spoon peanut butter

  • 1 sliced banana

  • add almond milk

  • 1 scoop of oats

  • add Ground flax seed

Mix in blender with ice cubes pour into cup. Optional : drizzle of chocolate syrup
