here are the ingredients.
(2) cups frozen or fresh peach slices
(1) 1 1/2 cups milk almond or coconut
(1) teaspoon cinnamon
(1) teaspoon vanilla
(1) tablespoon ground flax seed
(3) tablespoons old fashioned oats
(1) tablespoon honey
Mix in blender until smooth add milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
For additional Protein add (1) scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein (optional)
