Olivier Rousteing showcased the Balmain Fall 2023 ready-to-wear collection at Paris.


His collection shows the essence of French elegance and glamour that has defined the storied brand. The designer said he was inspired by the "New French Style," attributed to house founder Pierre Balmain. For Balmain fall 2023 Olivier Rousteing channeled 80s Sparkles featuring all-pearl shades, bow dress and archive bell-skirt dresses. Pierre Balmainis known for certain iconic looks, iconic specific elements.

For Balmain fall 2023, Silhouettes were built around cinched waists and strong shoulders, and constructed from lavish fabrics dominate the collection. Pearl-defined polka dots, and the deconstructed tailoring , deftly-draped bodices and skirts were paired with sharp and sculptural tailoring made from luxurious brushed mohairs, shiny silks, and soft wools, bow dresses, sculpturally architectural corsets, decorated with dramatic bows, pearls, crystals, embroidery and furry accents were some of the highlights from collection.
