Maximize your time and build muscle in your upper body with various training techniques. A Certified Fitness Trainer will take you through a 30-minute upper body workout.
Tone and sculpt your midsection and improve your body’s overall functional strength, balance and coordination in this core-focused class. Each class will include a variety of core-strengthening exercises – added bonus boot camp-style drills for fun!
Class that focuses on the development of the muscles in the lower body. You will go through movements and adapt variations of exercises such as squats, fire hydrants, and the like, giving your glutes, hamstrings, and legs an improved level of muscular endurance and help to tone them up!
