Hip dips are inward curves on the sides of your body just below each hip bone.

Hip dip also sometimes called hip divots or violin hips — are totally natural and are NOT a symptom of an unhealthy body. Strengthening your hips may help you perform daily tasks better, reduce knee and hip pain, and in some cases, lessen the appearance of hip dips.

Squats

Squats are a great way to tone your thighs, hips, and butt. This exercise is great to get rid of your hip dips and as you progress you can notice changes in your hip structure as well.

Clam lifts

 

Clam lifts is a great hip dip workout to strengthen the hips and thighs, stabilize the pelvic muscles, and tone the glutes. For added hip strengthening, add a resistance band to your lower thigh to add resistance.

Lunges

Lunges work your entire leg and help define your hips and buttocks. This resistance exercise is popular for its ability to strengthen your back, hips, and legs, while improving mobilityand stability.

Side hip openers (fire hydrants)

These movements target your outer thighs, hips, and side buttocks. They are also beneficial for improving posture, strengthening balance and reducing stress.

Standing side leg lifts

 Standing leg lifts help strengthen the muscles along the sides of your hips and butt. You may also feel a stretch in your inner thigh.
